Julie Mead
President/Owner Mrs. Mead is very much a "hands on owner". You will find her in the classroom as well as on the clinic floor. Teaching is her passion. Mrs. Mead has been an educator for a number of years and can make the very complicated subjects seem simple and easy to understand.
She also has the obvious "owner responsibilities" but her door is always open to students.
Mrs. Mead has spent a lot of time working with Opera Omaha so she brings a wealth of knowledge about stage and wigs to her educational repertoire. |

Craig Mead
Vice President/Owner Mr. Mead is the author of the EQ STARS program. He and Mrs. Mead developed this program as the foundation of EQ School of Hair Design. Mr. Mead is passionate about doing things with quality and integrity so that everyone can work and learn in a professional atmosphere.
His expertise is in business and finance. Mr. Mead brings a wealth of knowledge derived from his experience in areas other than cosmetology. You will meet Mr. Mead the first week of school as he introduces the STARS program. |

Carla Schoenbohm
Vice President Mrs. Schoenbohm will keep you on the road to success as you move through the different phases of your education. She has an office with an open door and students feel free to come and discuss their progress at school. Mrs. Schoenbohm is primarily responsible for our clinic area, which is the largest classroom. It is here were you as a student of EQ get hands on experience ranging from manicures, pedicures to highlights and perms. Mrs. Schoenbohm plans promotions to help attract new clients and retain current clients to the school which makes EQ graduates ready for entry level positions in the salon. Mrs. Schoenbohm is also passionate about quality and is very committed to teaching and making your experience at EQ School of Hair Design an experience of which we can all be proud. |

Linda Ring,
Admissions Director/ Financial Aid Director Mrs. Ring will be here to help you START your career. She will spend time talking with you about the Cosmetology field and help you find ways to finance your Education at EQ School of Hair Design. Her long time commitment to EQ School of Hair Design, as well as being a former graduate, enables her to have a great deal of knowledge about cosmetology and what it takes to be a successful student. Mrs. Ring will guide you through the admissions process and after you enroll, her door is always open to help you as you move through the various phases of learning.

James Victor
Instructor As you move through the final hours of the cosmetology program, Mr. Victor will be there assisting you in finding the job of your dreams. He spends time visiting salons and working with owners to help meet the current needs of the work force. He will help you in the mentoring program as well as with employment interviews. Mr. Victor enjoys teaching all parts of cosmetology, particularly haircutting and people skills. When you attend a class taught by Mr. Victor, you will not only learn, but have fun while learning. He has proven himself with his long term commitment to this industry and he says he is "living his dream" at EQ School of Hair Design. |

Nicole Stoppel
Instructor Mrs. Stoppel's approach to teaching is calm, creative and consistent. She really enjoys the one on one with a student. She will take time to see you through the process. She teaches advanced classes as well as in our largest classroom, the clinic area. As a previous salon owner, she brings knowledge that can only be gained by owning a salon. Ask her a question, she will give a calm and consistent answer. |

Aaron Bryen
Instructor Mr. Bryen teaches with an easy going one on one approach to ensure you get the knowledge you need to be successful. He is precise and is willing to explain the techniques used in a way that makes sense and can be understood. He will be a part of your basic training as well as teach some advanced classes and teaches in the largest classroom, "the clinic floor". He is the Student Council Sponsor which means if you are willing to get involved he will be there supporting and guiding the group to promote good will among the students and team members. |

Jamie Leaders
Instructor Mrs. Leaders will be there with you on the clinic and the classroom. You will always see her with a smile on her face. She is warm and caring and willing to "think outside the box" to help students understand what is being taught. She has great customer service and leads by example. Mrs. Leaders is in charge of the Wig Bank which is in partnership with the American Cancer Society. When patients come in to receive a wig, she will be there helping you to give the best wig fit and handle all the emotional needs of that clients. You can count on Mrs. Leaders to be an integral part of your education at EQ. |

Mandy Puterbaugh
Administrative Assistant As the administrative assistant, Ms. Puterbaugh plays an important role in EQ School of Hair Design. One of the most important parts of her job is computing student attendance
and grades. Ms. Puterbaugh prepares a weekly print out for each student that keeps you abreast of your progress at EQ. This helps students prepare and plan for their success at EQ. In addition to those duties she assists the management team with the traditional office duties. |

Theresa Lachendro
Receptionist Ms. Lachendro coordinates all activities that occur at the front desk. She will be there to schedule your first client as well as your last client before you graduate. She schedules your day. She will help you keep on schedule when working in the largest classroom "the clinic floor". You will spend a week at the front desk learning how to run the front desk of a salon, which includes answering the phone, learning the point of sale program and of course customer service. She takes a straight forward approach and will be there to assist you in every way possible. |
